What we collect

The quote workflow may collect equipment type, job location, rental duration, company or project name, work email and optional project details. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers or sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

Only to prepare or route a commercial equipment rental request when the delivery configuration is active. The site does not promise live availability, pricing or approval.

Storage and retention

Requests are not stored until the production D1 binding is active. Once activated, requests will be retained only for the period needed to respond and manage the commercial inquiry; the exact retention period and deletion workflow must be published before public lead capture begins.

Choices

You can use the equipment guides and calculator without submitting a request. A browser-only draft can be copied or cleared locally. For privacy questions, use the contact channel published with the production launch.
